This program is designed for adults to learn Mandarin Chinese language and Taiwanese culture for business, travel, raising a bilingual child, and more. Classes meet Saturday mornings in person on our campus, from September through June. See Our Schedule.

The Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML) has been developed by the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC ) of Taiwan to promote mandarin teaching and learning in North America and Europe. Chinese Language School of Southern California is one of a few Chinese schools approved by OCAC as a Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning in Los Angeles, California.
