CLSSC Board Meeting Minutes:

 

Review Old Minutes, mark up, and then approve.

 

New Members and new administration- let’s start getting more parents involved!

Can we create a target list?

 

Curriculum:

6B and 7B classes as they move on may move to adult beginning class and re-focus on conversation

B track will change to visuals and pin ying based phonics and add more conversational issues.

 

Minnesota Concordia- summer school

Ali proposed that classes work with each other to increase conversational Chinese. All tracks.

 

Review service hour system: Ali

Assign a form- let people report. Each position needs one task and commit to it.

One person sell scrips and snack sales: maximum two times.

Traffic: maximum two times.

Library one person: one person is fine.

Jean and Alit to come up with a plan.

 

Extracurricular

Dancing Teacher:

Wants students to move to another place.

Buy soft foam- will send us a quotation.
